Del-Mor Dwellings is a nonprofit providing permanent supportive housing services to people with permanent disabling mental illness throughout Delaware, Morrow, and Crawford counties. Our housing units are affordable, accessible, and designed to meet the needs of vulnerable community members.
As part of our efforts to reduce homelessness and provide support to community members in need, Del-Mor Dwellings operates more than 120 supportive, affordable housing units in North Central Ohio, offering several different levels of assistance to residents. In addition, we maintain an extensive community network to better support our residents and community, including social service providers, government agencies, public safety departments, and more.

Del-Mor Dwellings has been helping people with severe mental illness and other special needs find places to call home since 1990. Housing security is of paramount importance for recovering from the destabilizing effects of disability and the poverty that often accompanies those effects. We work tirelessly to provide that security for individuals who might not otherwise be able to experience it.
