Del-Mor Dwellings is a community-based, nonprofit organization dedicated to providing quality housing opportunities for people living with disabling mental illness. We have been in operation since 1990, developing and managing supportive housing resources.
We currently operate housing sites in Delaware, Morrow, and Crawford Counties. Our focus is on delivering safe, affordable places to call home to those whose lives have been impacted financially and otherwise by severe disability.
Stable housing in a safe environment promotes a sense of security for our residents. Housing security can serve as a solid foundation for recovery from the destabilizing effects of disability and associated poverty, and generate positive results for the individual and the community. Del-Mor Dwellings’ housing resources open doors to independent, successful community living – a core value of our organization’s mission.
Del-Mor Dwellings operates more than 120 supportive housing units throughout the three counties we serve. You can get a clearer picture of the housing options available by taking a look at some of our properties here.
Explore LocationsOur mission is made possible through investments by various public and private entities, such as the Delaware-Morrow Mental Health and Recovery Services Board and the Delaware County Foundation. In combination with tenant rent revenue, these contracts, grants, loans, and contributions support housing development, operating activities, and our supportive services.
