Our Permanent Supportive Housing Program

In partnership with other community organizations, Del-Mor Dwellings works to prevent and end homelessness. Our housing sites serve as a resource for numerous communities in North Central Ohio to care for and support their most vulnerable members.

Our Housing Offerings

Our housing locations are made available to eligible tenants as permanent places to call home if desired, rather than transitional or emergency shelter. We offer several tiers of supportive housing options:

Offer community living with access to social, health, and employment services.

Offer the security of a monitored environment with staff present on-site throughout the day.

Del-Mor Dwellings is committed to providing housing in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws.

In accordance with the Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. §§ 3601-3619) and related laws, Del-Mor Dwellings does not discriminate in the rental, lease, advertising, or occupancy of housing on the basis of:

  • Religion
  • Sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation)
  • National origin
  • Familial status (including households with children under 18 and pregnant individuals)
  • Disability

In addition, Del-Mor Dwellings complies with all state and local non-discrimination laws, which may provide further protections.
