In partnership with other community organizations, Del-Mor Dwellings works to prevent and end homelessness. Our housing sites serve as a resource for numerous communities in North Central Ohio to care for and support their most vulnerable members.
Our housing locations are made available to eligible tenants as permanent places to call home if desired, rather than transitional or emergency shelter. We offer several tiers of supportive housing options:
Offer community living with access to social, health, and employment services.
Offer the security of a monitored environment with staff present on-site throughout the day.
Offer additional housing choices through assignment of tenant income-based subsidy payments to private landlords in the community.
We maintain a network of working relationships with our residents, housing and social service providers, neighborhood contacts, public safety departments, and other local government agencies.
